Steve’s track record of success in SaaS, cloud computing, martech, partnership building, and marketing over the last two decades gives him an informed, whole-organization view that translates into solid guidance and advice for companies wanting to make the most of martech to drive efficiency, engagement, and revenue.

Paolo is a seasoned digital marketing specialist who is obsessed with creating winning ad campaigns for his clients. His career in the industry began in the early 2000s, when he founded Discount Mortgage America, one of the first paperless mortgage companies in New England and one of the first to employ digital marketing as the primary driver of new business. Before joining Compulse, Paolo served as Digital Director for AdTaxi and as Strategic Digital Director at The Hearst Corporation.
