Digital Marketing Specialist

 

Compulse Integrated Marketing, the creative agency arm of Sinclair Broadcast Group, is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage in-house services and products including Paid Search, Youtube and Paid Social Media campaigns. The Digital Marketing Specialist must be proactive, positive and result-driven. The Digital Marketing Specialist will have the opportunity to enjoy a fast paced, team environment and the ideal candidate for the role will be client-focused, creative & efficient. Sinclair Digital group is focused on bringing the most engaging content to web, mobile and Over-The-Top (OTT) broadcasting to audiences all over the country!

 

Day-to-day Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Specialist:

  • Manage day-to-day digital media campaigns ranging from paid-media to paid-search campaigns including collaborating on campaign strategy, Ad copy creation and bid optimization
  • Work directly with account management and other internal teams to help plan, implement and improve performance of campaigns to ensure client goals are met
  • Assist account managers and digital sales managers with reports and provide benchmarks and recommendations/insights into campaign performance
  • Assist with paid search and paid social media campaign RFPs: especially as they pertain to media-planning and quote assessment
  • Work directly clients and vendors to foster relationships and create future opportunities

The ideal candidate for the Digital Marketing Specialist position will be:

  • Passionate and up-to-date on Digital Marketing trends
  • Enthusiastic about new learning opportunities
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Organized, and excel at multi-tasking
  • Talented problem-solver & creative-thinker
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Programs, especially PowerPoint
  • A strong writer & communicator

  • Confident and familiar with purchasing digital, online advertisement space and managing different campaigns based on different KPIs

 

Required Experience

To be considered for the Digital Marketing Specialist position the candidate will meet or exceed the below requirements:

  • 1-2 year(s) experience at a digital marketing agency or publisher
  • 1-2 year(s) Adwords and paid social media experience
  • Savvy with various analytical metrics and the impact on outlined KPIs
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Facebook and/or other media certifications are helpful, but not required
  • Knowledge of HTML code is helpful, but not required
